The package price of $708 includes the following: twelve group sessions, two 45-min. private sessions, 75-minutes per group session, two 10-minute calls per week, unlimited text support, creating emotional intimacy through mindfulness practices, nine group modules, and building emotional support and community. If you choose a support group that isn't quite right, you can always transfer your group sessions to another group. Our top priority is for you to be comfortable and at ease.
