The package price of $4.99 includes the following: four group sessions, One 45-min. private session, 75-minutes per group session, one 10-min. call per week, unlimited text support, creating emotional intimacy through mindfulness practices, two group modules, and building emotional support and community. If you choose a support group that isn't quite right, you can always transfer your group sessions to another group. Our top priority is for you to be comfortable and at ease.
