The Mindfulness Group meets Monday at 7 p.m. EST on Zoom. This group is scheduled to meet 03/13, 03/20, 03/27, 04/3, and 04/10/2023.

Narcissistic Abuse Group

The Narcissistic Abuse Group meets Tuesday at 7 p.m. EST on Zoom. This group is scheduled to meet 03/14, 03/21, 03/28, 04/4, and 04/11/2023.

Divorce Support Group

The Divorce Support Group meets Thursday at 7 p.m. EST on Zoom. This group is scheduled to meet 03/16, 03/23, 03/30, 04/06, and 04/13/2023.

Deep Listening Group

The Deep Listening Group meets Sunday at 11 a.m. EST on Zoom. This group is scheduled to meet 03/19, 03/26, 04/02, 04/09, and 04/16/2023.

Here at YANA, you will have a sense of safety and community, where your feelings are heard, respected, and validated. We have a team of professionals to moderate groups, providing tools and resources to help you heal.
