Online Mindset Coach

In Corona, there are professionals called "mindset coaches" who help their clients keep a healthy, constructive outlook on life. As a service to our members, we help them recognize and overcome any self-defeating attitudes, beliefs, or routines that stand in the way of their progress.

Our Corona mindset coaches may employ strategies from cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, and mindfulness, among others, to assist their clients in reframing their thoughts, altering their perspectives, and building mental fortitude. Along the way, they may also offer accountability and encouragement to their clients as they work toward achieving their goals.

By encouraging our customers to adopt a growth mindset, we hope to aid them in breaking through self-imposed limitations and realizing their full potential.

Mindset Coaching & CBT

We treat people with negative thought patterns and behaviors through cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). Our mindset coaches are here in Corona to help you identify patterns and change the way you look at yourself and the world so you can have a more desirable outcome.

The underlying assumption of cognitive therapy is that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected and that negative thoughts can lead to negative emotions and behaviors. Our coaches will help you identify and challenge these negative thoughts, and show you how to replace them with more positive and realistic ones, which can lead to improve your mood and behavior.

If you have a history of anxiety disorders, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and eating disorders. You may want to connect with YANA's team of mindset coaches. We're available 6 days a week, from 9;30 AM - 11;00 PM EST.

Schedule an appointment today! We can show you how to transform your negative thought patterns to your true nature - peace.

Changing you negative thought pattern

Did you realize that negative thought patterns can become habitual? This self-defeating behavior can have an impact on how you perceive yourself and the world around you. Among these patterns are;

Catastrophizing is the practice of anticipating the worst-case scenario in every situation and presuming that every problem or difficulty will have devastating results.

All-or-nothing thinking entails seeing events in black-and-white terms, with no gray area or shades of gray in between. For example, believing that anything less than perfection constitutes failure.

Overgeneralization occurs when broad inferences are drawn from a single unpleasant incident or experience. Assuming, for example, that a single rejection means you will never find love

Personalization is the assumption that everything that happens is a direct result of one's own deeds or flaws, even when there is little evidence to support this belief.

Negative self-talk is characterized by a pattern of self-defeating and critical thoughts and attitudes, such as "I'm not good enough" or "I'll never be successful."

Avoidance refers to the avoidance of circumstances or activities that may cause worry or discomfort, which can lead to social isolation and a lack of fulfillment.

We will help you address these challenges through additional tools such as self-help practices, mindfulness, meditation, and journaling through mindset coaching online and in the Corona area. You can build more positive and adaptable ways of thinking and behaving by identifying and confronting negative thought patterns and behaviors, which will lead to peace.

Self-talk coaching for the negative

The goal of negative self-talk coaching is to address negative self-talk habits that may underlie mental health problems including anxiety and depression. People who engage in negative, critical, and self-defeating internal dialogue or thoughts about themselves are said to be engaging in negative self-talk. This kind of thinking can cause feelings of worry, hopelessness, and low self-worth.

At YANA, our life coaches assist you in addressing self-deprecating attitudes and beliefs as well as challenging them. By doing this, you can catch yourself talking negatively to yourself and test the veracity of those beliefs. We can support you if you feel "worthless" or "unlovable."

We'll provide you tips on how to confront your unfavorable thought patterns and enhance your wellbeing.

Module on reflective thinking

Journaling thought modules are a form of cognitive-behavioral therapy technique used to identify and challenge negative thoughts and beliefs. The purpose of this technique is to help individuals transform their negative thoughts and beliefs into more positive and adaptive ones.

Typical thought journaling modules consist of three steps; identifying negative thoughts, challenging negative thoughts, and replacing negative thoughts with positive ones.

In the first stage, participants are encouraged to identify the negative thoughts and beliefs that contribute to their distress. This can be achieved by writing down negative sentiments in a journal or on a piece of paper.

In the second phase, members are instructed to challenge their negative thoughts by asking, "Is this thought true?" and "What evidence do I have to support or contradict this thought?" They may also be asked to consider alternative explanations for the situation or occurrence that is triggering the negative thought.

In the third phase, you are encouraged to replace negative thoughts with those that are more positive and adaptive. This may involve writing positive affirmations, transforming negative thoughts into positive ones, or simply concentrating on the positive aspects of a situation.

Individuals seeking to surmount negative thought patterns and improve their mental health and well-being may find journaling thought modules to be a useful resource. By identifying and challenging negative thoughts, people can develop more positive and adaptive methods of thinking, resulting in greater happiness and resilience.

Coaching Mirroring Techniques

Our Corona coaches employ a method called "mirroring" to make sure their members are heard and understood. To mirror a client is to repeat his or her words, tone, and body language in an accepting and encouraging manner. The client may experience a sense of belonging and acceptance as a result.

Words like "It sounds like you're feeling..." or "I hear that you're saying..." or "What I'm hearing is..." are examples of how a coach could mimic a client's thoughts and feelings. The therapist can show their interest in and commitment to understanding the client's perspective in this way.

Clients can learn more about their own emotions and mental processes through the use of mirroring. Clients may get insight into themselves or their situation by hearing their own words echoed back to them.

Overall, the coach-client relationship can be strengthened through the use of the mirroring approach. Members may feel more at ease opening up about their experiences, which can lead to deeper realizations and therapeutic growth.
