Online Mindset Coach
A mindset coach works with people to keep a positive, growth-focused mindset. We work with members to find limiting beliefs, negative thought habits, and self-sabotaging behaviors that might be stopping them from reaching their goals.
Our Denver mindset coaches may use techniques like cognitive-behavioral therapy, positive psychology, and mindfulness to help their clients reframe their thinking, change their perspective, and create a more resilient mindset. They may also help clients set realistic goals, make action plans, and hold them accountable while giving them support.
Overall, our goal is to help our clients get past mental blocks and reach their full potential by helping them develop a growth-oriented and positive attitude.
Mindset Coaching & CBT
Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) is used to help persons who have unfavorable thought patterns and behaviors. Our mindset coaches are available in Denver to assist you in identifying patterns and changing your perspective on yourself and the world in order to achieve a more desirable outcome.

Our coaches will assist you in identifying and challenging these negative beliefs, as well as demonstrating how to replace them with more positive and realistic ones, which can enhance your mood and behavior.
If you have a history of anxiety disorders, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), or eating problems, you should not use this medication. All-or-nothing thinking entails seeing events in black-and-white terms, with no gray area or shades of gray in between. For example, believing that anything less than perfection constitutes failure.
Overgeneralization occurs when broad inferences are drawn from a single unpleasant incident or experience. Assuming, for example, that a single rejection means you will never find love
Personalization is the assumption that everything that happens is a direct result of one's own deeds or flaws, even when there is little evidence to support this belief.
Negative self-talk is characterized by a pattern of self-defeating and critical thoughts and attitudes, such as "I'm not good enough" or "I'll never be successful."
Avoidance refers to the avoidance of circumstances or activities that may cause worry or discomfort, which can lead to social isolation and a lack of fulfillment.

Module on keeping a journal
Journaling thought modules are a type of cognitive-behavioral therapy used to help people find and question their negative ideas and beliefs. The goal of this method is to help people change their negative thoughts and ideas into ones that are more positive and useful.
Most journaling thought modules have three steps; finding negative thoughts, challenging them, and changing them with positive thoughts.
In the first step, members are asked to figure out what bad thoughts and ideas are making them feel bad. This can be done by putting negative thoughts in a book or on a piece of paper.
In the second step, members are taught to question their negative thoughts by asking themselves things like, "Is this thought true?" and "What evidence do I have to support or refute this thought?" They may also be asked to think of other ways to explain the situation or event that is making them feel bad.
In the third step, you are told to replace your negative thoughts with ones that are more upbeat and helpful. This can be done by writing down positive affirmations, changing negative thoughts into positive ones, or just focusing on the good things about a scenario.
Overall, journaling thought modules can be a helpful tool for people who want to stop negative thinking habits and improve their mental health and well-being. By noticing and questioning negative thoughts, people can build more positive and flexible ways of thinking, which makes them happier and stronger.
Methods of Mirror Coaching
Mirroring is a technique used by our Denver coaches to ensure that members feel heard and understood. Mirroring entails nonjudgmental and supportively mirroring back the client's words, tone, and body language. This can make the client feel noticed, affirmed, and heard.
A coach may use language like "It sounds like you're feeling...", "I hear that you're saying...", or "What I'm hearing is..." when mirroring a client. This allows the therapist to indicate that they are actively listening to the client and attempting to understand their experience.
Mirroring can also be utilized to assist clients in gaining understanding of their own ideas and feelings. Clients may acquire a new perspective or a deeper understanding of their own experience by hearing their own words mirrored back to them.
Overall, mirroring is a method that can assist create rapport and enhance relationships between coach and client. It can also make participants feel more at ease communicating their thoughts and feelings, which can lead to more insights and progress in treatment.
