Online Mindset Coach
A mindset coach works with people to keep a positive, growth-focused mindset. We work with members to find limiting beliefs, negative thought habits, and self-sabotaging behaviors that might be stopping them from reaching their goals.
Our Pueblo mindset coaches may use techniques like cognitive-behavioral therapy, positive psychology, and mindfulness to help their clients reframe their thinking, change their perspective, and create a more resilient mindset. They may also help clients set realistic goals, make action plans, and hold them accountable while giving them support.
Overall, our goal is to help our clients get past mental blocks and reach their full potential by helping them develop a growth-oriented and positive attitude.
Mindset Coaching & CBT
Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) is used to help persons who have unfavorable thought patterns and behaviors. Our mindset coaches are available in Pueblo to assist you in identifying patterns and changing your perspective on yourself and the world in order to achieve a more desirable outcome.
Cognitive therapy is based on the premise that our ideas, feelings, and behaviors are all interconnected, and that unpleasant thinking can lead to negative emotions and behaviors. Our coaches will assist you in identifying and challenging these negative beliefs, as well as demonstrating how to replace them with more positive and realistic ones, which can enhance your mood and behavior.
If you have a history of anxiety disorders, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), or eating problems, you should not use this medication. You might wish to reach out to YANA's team of mindset coaches. We are available from 9;30 a.m. to 11;00 p.m. EST six days a week.
Make an appointment today! We can teach you how to change your bad thought patterns into your genuine nature, which is serenity.
Changing you negative thought pattern
Did you know that negative thought patterns is habitual ways of thinking? This self-defeating behavior can contribute to how you view yourself and the world around you. These patterns may include;
Catastrophizing - this involves expecting the worst possible outcome in every situation and assuming that any problem or difficulty will have disastrous consequences.
All-or-nothing thinking - this involves viewing situations in black-and-white terms, with no middle ground or shades of grey. For example, thinking that anything less than perfection is a failure.
Overgeneralization - this involves making sweeping conclusions based on a single negative event or experience. For example, assuming that a single rejection means that you will never find love.
Personalization - this involves assuming that everything that happens is a direct result of one's own actions or shortcomings, even when there is little evidence to support this belief.
Negative self-talk - this involves a pattern of critical and self-defeating thoughts and beliefs about oneself, such as "I'm not good enough" or "I'll never be successful".
Avoidance - this involves avoiding situations or activities that may trigger anxiety or discomfort, which can lead to social isolation and a lack of fulfillment.
Through mindset coaching online and in the Pueblo area, we will help you address these issues through additional resources, such as self-help strategies, mindfulness, meditation, and journaling. By identifying and challenging negative thought patterns and behaviors, you can develop more positive and adaptive ways of thinking and behaving, leading to a peace.

Module on reflective thinking
Journaling thought modules are a form of cognitive-behavioral therapy technique used to identify and challenge negative thoughts and beliefs. The purpose of this technique is to help individuals transform their negative thoughts and beliefs into more positive and adaptive ones.
Typical thought journaling modules consist of three steps; identifying negative thoughts, challenging negative thoughts, and replacing negative thoughts with positive ones.
In the first stage, participants are encouraged to identify the negative thoughts and beliefs that contribute to their distress. This can be achieved by writing down negative sentiments in a journal or on a piece of paper.
In the second phase, members are instructed to challenge their negative thoughts by asking, "Is this thought true?" and "What evidence do I have to support or contradict this thought?" They may also be asked to consider alternative explanations for the situation or occurrence that is triggering the negative thought.
In the third phase, you are encouraged to replace negative thoughts with those that are more positive and adaptive. This may involve writing positive affirmations, transforming negative thoughts into positive ones, or simply concentrating on the positive aspects of a situation.
Individuals seeking to surmount negative thought patterns and improve their mental health and well-being may find journaling thought modules to be a useful resource. By identifying and challenging negative thoughts, people can develop more positive and adaptive methods of thinking, resulting in greater happiness and resilience.
Coaching Mirroring Techniques
Mirroring is a technique used by our Pueblo coaches to ensure that members feel heard and understood. Mirroring entails nonjudgmental and supportively mirroring back the client's words, tone, and body language. This can make the client feel noticed, affirmed, and heard.
A coach may use language like "It sounds like you're feeling...", "I hear that you're saying...", or "What I'm hearing is..." when mirroring a client. This allows the therapist to indicate that they are actively listening to the client and attempting to understand their experience.
Mirroring can also be utilized to assist clients in gaining understanding of their own ideas and feelings. Clients may acquire a new perspective or a deeper understanding of their own experience by hearing their own words mirrored back to them.
Overall, mirroring is a method that can assist create rapport and enhance relationships between coach and client. It can also make participants feel more at ease communicating their thoughts and feelings, which can lead to more insights and progress in treatment.
